Following our initial conversation, we'll develop a bespoke mood board that captures the creative direction for your celebration — from colour palette and styling to atmosphere, details and inspiration.

The Proposal
Once we've agreed the creative direction, we'll develop an initial proposal outlining the celebration we're recommending, together with top-line costs, giving you a clear understanding of the proposed direction before we move into detailed planning.
Once you're happy to proceed, we'll develop the full proposal — bringing together the creative concept, suppliers, styling, logistics and detailed costs.

The Delivery
With the plans agreed, we bring your celebration to life. We'll coordinate suppliers, manage the logistics, oversee set-up and styling, and manage the event on the day — making sure every detail comes together exactly as planned.
